Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Maintain luxury yacht housekeeping and accommodation standards
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Support deck operations, maintenance, and security duties
- Assist with guest activities and onboard events
- Coordinate housekeeping and interior management activities
- Provide administrative and personal assistance as required
- Ensure compliance with yacht safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht or Luxury Hospitality experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package where applicable
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in multicultural environments
- Flexible and positive attitude toward yacht operations
