Job Description:

A private/charter Motor Yacht operating in the USA is currently seeking experienced and professional crew members to join its onboard team.

The successful candidates will contribute to the safe operation, maintenance, guest service, and overall presentation of the yacht. Previous experience on private or charter motor yachts is preferred, with a strong focus on professionalism, discretion, safety, and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to the assigned position and yacht operating procedures
 • Support safe and efficient day-to-day yacht operations
 • Maintain deck, engineering, galley, and interior areas to a high standard
 • Provide professional and discreet service to owners and guests
 • Conduct maintenance and operational tasks relevant to the assigned department
 • Follow yacht safety procedures, maritime regulations, and company policies
 • Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety training

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the same position onboard Private or Charter Motor Yachts preferred
 • Relevant maritime, engineering, culinary, or hospitality qualifications as applicable
 • Valid STCW certification package where applicable
 • Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineering positions
 • Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer's medical certificate
 • Valid passport and appropriate US visa/work authorization where required
 • Good English communication skills
 • Professional appearance and positive attitude
 • Excellent teamwork, discretion, and guest-service skills
 • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
 • Physically and medically fit for yacht service
