We are currently recruiting qualified yacht crew for multiple positions on private yachts operating under foreign and US flags. These opportunities are available on vessels ranging from 112' to 180'. Successful candidates will join professional yacht crews and work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. Immediate openings are available for selected positions, while some roles have scheduled joining dates.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining high standards of yacht operations and guest service
• Performing deck, bridge, interior, or galley duties according to position
• Assisting with vessel maintenance and safety procedures
• Supporting guest activities and ensuring exceptional onboard experiences
• Complying with company policies and maritime regulations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant yacht experience for the applied position
• Position-specific certifications and qualifications where applicable
• Tender driving skills required for selected Deckhand positions
• OOW or Chief Mate license required for First Officer position
