We are currently recruiting experienced and professional crew members for Motor Yachts operating worldwide. Successful candidates will join luxury vessels providing exceptional service standards and safe vessel operations.
Open Positions:
2x Chief Engineer - €10,000
2x ETO - 8000 USD
2x 3rd Engineer - €4800
2nd Engineer - €7,500+ DOE
Executive Chef - €15000+
Sous Chef - €9000
Spa Stew - €4000
Spa/Housekeeping Stew - €4500-5000
2x Deckhand - $3000-3500
Chief Stewardess - €5,500-€6,500 DOE
Chief Stew- €6000
Technical Superintendent - TBC
Deployment: February - March
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will depend on the assigned rank and department and may include:
• Safe navigation and vessel operations
• Maintenance of deck and machinery
• Delivery of high-end guest services
• Compliance with maritime safety standards and company procedures
• Supporting teamwork and efficient onboard operations
Requirements:
• Valid certificates and licenses relevant to the position
• Previous yacht experience preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
