Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high standards of service, safety, and technical performance in line with yacht operations and international maritime regulations. Positions are available across hospitality, deck, and technical departments.

General Requirements

• Relevant experience in the applied position (Motor Yacht or similar vessels preferred)
• Valid STCW certificates (as applicable to the role)
• Valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Good knowledge of safety procedures and onboard operations
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high service standards
