Job Responsibilities
- Support the safe operation and navigation of luxury motor yachts
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Maintain the yacht to the highest presentation standards
- Perform deck operations, engineering support, housekeeping, laundry, galley, or service duties according to assigned position
- Assist with mooring, tender operations, and guest activities where applicable
- Ensure compliance with Flag State regulations, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and company HSE procedures
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety training
- Work effectively within an international professional yacht crew
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Previous experience in the applied rank aboard Private or Charter Motor Yachts preferred
- Valid passport
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer's medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and safety awareness
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
