Magsaysay International invites experienced maritime professionals to attend the Maritime Fest Job Fair 2026, where recruitment will be conducted for multiple positions onboard Cruise Liner.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified seafarers and technical personnel with previous shipboard or relevant land-based experience to join one of the world's leading cruise operators. Job Responsibilities

•  Perform duties according to assigned department onboard modern Cruise Liner
•  Support safe vessel operations and hotel services 
•  Carry out maintenance, repair, housekeeping, engineering, or technical work depending on the assigned position 
•  Follow company safety procedures and international maritime regulations 
•  Participate in emergency drills and onboard training 
•  Work efficiently within a multinational crew environment 

Requirements

•  Minimum 12 months of relevant experience
•  Shipboard experience on Tugboats, AHTS, Tankers, Container Vessels, Cargo Ships, Bulk Carriers, Cruise Liner, or similar vessels is preferred 
•  Relevant land-based experience in engineering, hotels, offshore, or technical industries may also be considered for certain positions 
•  Good English communication skills 
•  Valid STCW 2010 certification package (for shipboard positions) 
•  Valid Passport 
•  Valid Seaman's Book (where applicable) 
•  Valid Medical Certificate 
•  Strong teamwork skills and safety awareness
