As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned position and department
• Provide professional service to passengers and maintain high hospitality standards
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in assigned work areas
• Manage inventory, provisions, stores, and hotel supplies as applicable
• Support galley, restaurant, bakery, pastry, bar, and hotel operations
• Follow HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and company HSE procedures
• Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety training
• Work effectively within a multinational cruise ship crew
• Maintain operational readiness and excellent guest service
• Previous experience in the same or similar position onboard cruise ships, hotels, restaurants, resorts, or related hospitality environments
• Cruise ship experience preferred
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid Passport and required seafarer documentation
• Relevant professional qualifications and certificates for the applied position
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong hygiene, safety, and attention-to-detail awareness
• All certificates and documents must be valid and up to date
Provision Master / Hotel Inventory Controller
• Previous experience in cruise hotel operations, provisioning, or inventory management
• Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory systems
• Good organizational and administrative skills
Executive Pastry Chef / Sous Chef Pastry / CDP Pastry / Assistant CDP Pastry
• Professional pastry qualification or relevant culinary training
• Previous pastry experience in cruise ships, hotels, or luxury hospitality
• Knowledge of international pastry production and HACCP standards
Head Baker / Baker / Assistant Baker
• Professional baking experience
• Knowledge of bread, rolls, pastries, and bakery production
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge
Cooks / Assistant Cooks
• Professional kitchen or cruise culinary experience
• Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Hotel Storekeeper / Assistant Storekeeper / Store Utility
• Previous hotel, warehouse, or storekeeping experience preferred
• Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution procedures
Bartenders / Bar Waiters / Waitresses / Bar Utility
• Previous bar or beverage service experience
• Knowledge of beverage service and guest hospitality standards
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
Waiters / Assistant Waiters / Restaurant Utility / Snack Steward
• Previous restaurant, cruise, or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Strong customer-service skills
Galley Utility
• Previous galley/kitchen utility experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and food-service support procedures
Deck Steward
• Previous deck, housekeeping, or cruise vessel experience preferred
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and support deck-related service duties
