Job Description
DESE Crew Management is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join Ferry / Ro-Pax Vessels operating on international routes.
The company is seeking professional officers, engineers, ratings, and catering personnel to support safe passenger and cargo operations while maintaining compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for seafarers with previous Ferry or Ro-Pax vessel experience who are ready for immediate deployment.
Open Positions
Deck Department
- Master — USD 8,000/month
- Chief Officer — USD 6,000/month
- Second Officer — USD 4,500/month
- Able Seaman / Oiler — USD 2,500/month
- Ordinary Seaman (OS) — USD 1,100/month
Engine Department
- Chief Engineer — USD 8,000/month
- Second Engineer — USD 6,000/month
Catering Department
Job Responsibilities
- Perform navigational, engineering, deck, or catering duties according to rank
- Support safe Ferry / Ro-Pax vessel operations
- Conduct watchkeeping, maintenance, cargo, mooring, and passenger support activities
- Maintain vessel equipment and operational readiness
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with STCW requirements, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures
- Work effectively within a multinational crew environment
- Maintain high operational and safety standards onboard
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid Schengen Visa
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- All certificates and travel documents must remain valid for at least 15 months
- Minimum 2 completed contracts on the same vessel type (Ferry / Ro-Pax)
- Good English communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities
