Job Description
Dese Crew Management is currently recruiting experienced officers, engineers, and ratings for a 2024 Newbuild RO-PAX / Passenger Ro-Ro Vessel operating in Europe.
The company is seeking qualified maritime professionals to support safe passenger and cargo transportation, navigation, engineering operations, and onboard services while maintaining full compliance with international maritime safety regulations.
Immediate joining is available for qualified candidates with previous RO-PAX or Passenger Ro-Ro vessel experience.
Open Positions
Deck Department
- Master – USD 8,000/month
- Chief Officer – USD 6,000/month
- Second Officer – USD 4,500/month
- Able Seaman (AB) – USD 2,500/month
- Ordinary Seaman (OS) – USD 1,100/month
Engine Department
- Chief Engineer – USD 8,000/month
- Second Engineer – USD 6,000/month
- Oiler – USD 2,500/month
Catering Department
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe navigation and passenger vessel operations
- Conduct passenger and vehicle loading operations safely
- Perform engine room operations and planned maintenance
- Support mooring, anchoring, and emergency response procedures
- Maintain vessel equipment and operational readiness
- Comply with company HSE procedures and international maritime regulations
- Participate in emergency drills and safety training
- Work efficiently within a multinational crew environment
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid Schengen Visa
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Previous experience in the applied rank
- Previous experience onboard RO-PAX / Passenger Ro-Ro vessels is mandatory
- Good English communication skills
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
