Job Description
A luxury yacht recruitment company is currently seeking qualified and experienced yacht crew members for deployment onboard Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting deck operations, culinary services, housekeeping, guest relations, interior management, and delivering exceptional hospitality standards while ensuring smooth day-to-day yacht operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe and efficient yacht operations
- Perform deck maintenance, mooring, tender operations, and water sports support
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Maintain luxury housekeeping and interior presentation standards
- Assist with food and beverage service operations
- Support guest activities and onboard events
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and teamwork onboard
- Ensure compliance with yacht safety and operational procedures
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural yacht environments
- Strong teamwork and organizational abilities
- Commitment to maintaining luxury hospitality standards
