Job Responsibilities
- Support safe yacht navigation and vessel operations
- Maintain deck equipment, machinery, and onboard systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair activities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Maintain interior housekeeping and accommodation areas
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and company procedures
- Maintain operational readiness and professional onboard standards
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht or Luxury Yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational crew environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
