Seven Seas Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and motivated yacht professionals to join a fleet of private and charter sailing yachts operating internationally.

Successful candidates will be responsible for navigation, deck operations, engineering systems, guest services, and interior management in accordance with yacht operational standards, safety regulations, and owner/charter guest expectations.

These roles are well suited for candidates with previous yacht experience, a high level of professionalism, strong teamwork skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company and yacht management standards, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and watchkeeping (for bridge officers)
• Supervision and execution of deck operations and yacht maintenance
• Operation and maintenance of main engines, auxiliaries, and onboard systems
• High-end guest service and interior management for charter and private owners
• Housekeeping, laundry, and guest comfort services
• Galley support and food preparation (for culinary roles)
• Compliance with maritime safety regulations and yacht operational procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence onboard

Requirements:

• Previous sailing yacht experience relevant to the applied position
• Valid STCW certificates (as applicable)
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Relevant CoC / Yacht Qualifications for officers and engineers
• Strong command of English
• Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a small, multicultural crew environment
• Flexibility for charter schedules and owner requirements
