NJ Crew is currently recruiting experienced and professional yacht crew to join Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The company is seeking qualified deck officers, deck crew, chefs, and interior hospitality professionals. Candidates should have relevant yacht experience, excellent guest-service skills, and a strong commitment to safety and professional onboard standards.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to the assigned position and yacht operating procedures.
- Support safe navigation, deck, tender, and guest operations.
- Assist with mooring, anchoring, and exterior maintenance.
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew.
- Deliver professional luxury hospitality and guest service.
- Maintain guest cabins, public areas, and interior spaces to high standards.
- Support laundry, housekeeping, dining, and beverage service.
- Provide massage, spa, wellness, or beauty services where applicable.
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive guest-focused attitude.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the relevant position on Motor Yachts, Superyachts, or Luxury Yachts preferred.
- Valid STCW certification package where applicable.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer positions.
- Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong guest-service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attention to detail.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
- Physically and medically fit for yacht service.
Position-Specific Requirements
Captain / Chase Boat Captain / Chief Officer
- Valid relevant CoC.
- Proven yacht command or deck experience.
- Strong navigational and yacht-management skills.
Bosun
- Previous Bosun or senior deck experience.
- Proven yacht deck and maintenance experience.
Sole Chef
- Proven experience as Sole Chef on yachts or in luxury hospitality.
- Culinary qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and food hygiene.
Chief Steward / Stewardess
- Previous senior interior or luxury hospitality experience.
- Strong leadership and guest-service skills.
Deck / Steward(ess)
- Previous deck and interior service experience preferred.
- Ability to assist with both exterior and guest-service duties.
Sole Steward / Stewardess
- Ability to independently manage interior operations on a smaller yacht.
- Strong housekeeping, service, and organizational skills.
Stew / Masseur(euse)
- Relevant massage/therapy qualification.
- Previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
Spa Therapist / Stewardess
- Recognized spa, beauty, or wellness qualification.
- Previous luxury hospitality or yacht experience preferred.
2nd / 3rd / Junior Steward(ess)
- Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or yacht interior experience preferred.
- Good English and strong attention to detail.
