As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Delivering high-quality food, beverage, or guest services as per cruise line standards.
• Maintaining hygiene, safety, and sanitation compliance across all departments.
• Providing professional and courteous service to passengers and colleagues.
• Supporting the team in daily operations to ensure smooth onboard performance.
• Following management instructions and safety procedures at all times.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or cruise line operations (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Valid STCW Certificates and Seafarer Medical (as per cruise line requirements).
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Passport valid for at least 12 months.
• Team-oriented, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Contract Duration: 6–9 months (renewable).
