Job Description:
Miami Leisure Management is recruiting a full Hotel & Restaurant crew for passenger vessels. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and service-oriented professionals to join an international maritime hospitality team and deliver high-quality service to passengers on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hospitality and guest service in accordance with company standards
- Ensure smooth daily operations within the assigned department
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards at all times
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures (HACCP / USPH where applicable)
- Work efficiently in a multicultural, international team
- Comply with company policies, maritime regulations, and safety requirements

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position (hotel, cruise, or passenger vessel experience preferred)
- Good command of English (Mandarin required for Mandarin-speaking waiter position; additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong customer service skills and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shipboard life
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and service standards (for F&B and kitchen positions)
- For management positions: proven leadership skills, operational and financial knowledge, and experience managing teams
- Willingness to work on board for the duration of the contract
