United Philippine Lines (UPL) is urgently recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie to join international cruise lines. The successful candidate should have relevant professional kitchen experience and the ability to support the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting food according to established standards.

The position requires practical culinary skills, good organization, teamwork, and compliance with food hygiene and vessel safety procedures. Deployment is urgent.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Chef de Partie with food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to assigned recipes and standards.
• Monitor the quality, freshness, and presentation of ingredients and dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned section.
• Follow food safety procedures and vessel HSE requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid passport.
• Valid maritime documents.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Relevant experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary position.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
