China ship was discovered in the area of the gas field off the coast of Indonesia


Investigator Imam Prakoso from the Indonesian Justice Initiative (IOJI) said a Chinese research vessel had been sighted in the D-Alpha oil and gas block off the coast of Natuna Island.

According to the Indonesian expert, the region has large gas reserves.

Earlier, the Chinese research vessel Hai Yang Di zhi 10 was discovered in the exclusive economic zone of Indonesia at the end of September.
