Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and service-oriented professionals to join leading cruise lines operating from the United Kingdom. Multiple onboard positions are available, offering competitive salaries, international experience, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment at sea.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high-quality guest service and maintaining company standards.
• Managing daily operations within the assigned department (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Culinary, Entertainment, Technical, etc.).
• Supervising and supporting team members where applicable.
• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency onboard.
• Communicating with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Assisting in problem-solving, complaint handling, and guest satisfaction tasks.
• Following shipboard safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating tasks with other onboard departments.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar or relevant role (hospitality, culinary, technical, entertainment, customer service, or nautical fields).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multinational teams.
• Good level of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work onboard for the duration of the contract, including long hours and rotation schedules.
• Professional attitude, responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Technical positions (e.g., 2nd Electrical Engineer, Technical Superintendent) require corresponding certifications and maritime qualifications.
Employment Details:
Available positions and salary levels include:
• Guest Services Manager — $5000 per month onboard
• Sous Chef — From $2700 per month (United Kingdom)
• Executive Sous Chef — $7800–$8200 per month onboard
• Housekeeping Manager — Circa $4000 paid onboard
• Housekeeping Supervisor — Circa $2700 per month onboard
• Entertainment Stage Staff — $1850–$2100 per month onboard
• 2nd Electrical Engineer — Salary DOE
• Assistant Technical Superintendent — DOE
• Scheduler — DOE
• Manager, Scheduling — DOE
