These positions are required for operations onboard a private/charter motor yacht engaged in international cruising. Crew members will work in a professional, multicultural environment, ensuring top-level guest service, vessel safety, and smooth daily operations.
Contracts may vary depending on the role and voyage schedule. Working conditions include shared or single accommodation (depending on rank), meals provided, and adherence to maritime safety and service standards.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe and efficient execution of duties within assigned department (deck, interior, welfare, fitness, diving, security, or medical support)
• Providing high-quality service and guest assistance during daily operations and activities
• Following safety procedures, participating in drills, and maintaining vessel readiness
• Supporting other departments when required to ensure smooth yacht operation
• Maintaining equipment, workspaces, and guest areas to the highest standard

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous yacht or hospitality experience preferred (depending on position)
• Additional certifications relevant to the role (e.g., Divemaster, PT license, medical qualification)
