Job Description:

A maritime operator is currently recruiting experienced crew members to join a Cable Laying Vessel supporting offshore infrastructure and subsea cable installation projects in Taiwan.

The vessel will be involved in subsea cable installation and marine construction activities, requiring skilled personnel across deck and engine departments. Selected crew members will support marine operations, vessel engineering, offshore lifting activities, and general onboard duties to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

Deployment is scheduled for March–April, and candidates with prior experience on offshore construction or cable laying vessels will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supporting offshore cable installation and marine operations
• Operating and maintaining vessel machinery, electrical, and deck equipment
• Assisting with lifting operations, rigging, and deck activities
• Ensuring compliance with offshore safety standards and operational procedures
• Supporting efficient vessel operations and offshore project execution

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• Valid ILO medical certificate
• Medical fitness for offshore work
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous offshore or cable laying vessel experience preferred
