Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced 3rd Engineer to join a Survey Support Vessel for a short-term assignment starting around 17 May with a duration of 5–7 days. Work scope includes unloading operations in Antwerp, vessel start-up procedures, and sailing to Rotterdam shipyard. Due to vessel flag and contract type, an EU passport or EU work visa is required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Engine room watchkeeping and assistance with vessel start-up procedures
· Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of propulsion and auxiliary machinery
· Compliance with all safety management systems, ISM, and permit-to-work procedures
· Coordination with the Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer during transit and vessel operations
· Assistance with unloading operations in Antwerp as required

Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
· EU passport or EU work visa – required (due to vessel flag and contract type)
· Valid 3rd Engineer / III/1 certification – mandatory
· Full and valid STCW certification package – mandatory
· Proven relevant experience on similar vessels – mandatory
· Valid medical certificate – mandatory
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Must be available to start around 17 May for 5–7 days
