We are currently seeking an experienced 3rd Engineer to join an ASD Tug operating in EU waters. The vessel is engaged in offshore barge towing operations, and the successful candidate will support the engine department in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of all machinery. Joining is scheduled for 23 July 2026 on a fixed rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the operation, maintenance, and repair of main and auxiliary machinery.
- Supporting engine room watchkeeping and ensuring machinery operates efficiently.
- Carrying out planned maintenance in accordance with company procedures.
- Assisting with towing operation preparations and maintaining engineering support during offshore activities.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations.

Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates
- Medical fitness certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- Valid STCW III/1 Certificate of Competency
- Previous experience on ASD Tugs or similar offshore vessels
- Experience with barge towing operations is considered an advantage
