Job Description:**
We are seeking a **2nd Engineer** to join our crew on a **Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD)**. The successful candidate will assist the Chief Engineer in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the vessel’s machinery and systems during dredging operations. The position offers a dynamic work environment and hands-on experience with modern dredging equipment. **Start date will be indicated upon acceptance.**

**Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Chief Engineer in operating and maintaining main engines and auxiliary machinery
• Monitor machinery performance and report any irregularities
• Supervise maintenance work and ensure adherence to safety procedures
• Maintain technical logs and documentation
• Support dredging operations in coordination with other departments
**Requirements:**
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as 2nd Engineer or equivalent on TSHD or similar vessel
