Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer to join a Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge DP2 operating in KSA. The contract duration is 60 days with an immediate (ASAP) joining date. The vessel is engaged in offshore installation and construction operations, requiring strong engineering expertise and compliance with strict safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Overseeing and ensuring safe operation of all engine room systems
 • Supervising maintenance and repair of machinery onboard
 • Monitoring performance of main and auxiliary engines
 • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
 • Supporting offshore operations from an engineering standpoint

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Medical fitness certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • Chief Engineer’s License (mandatory)
 • Minimum 12 months experience as 2nd Engineer on Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges
 OR 12 months experience as Chief Engineer on AHTS vessels
• Valid Marlins test (minimum 60% in all sections)
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 60 days
 • Salary: 400 USD per day
