Job Description:
We are recruiting an experienced 2nd Engineer to join a DP2 Multi-Purpose Support Vessel (MPSV) operating in the North Sea. The vessel is 7,530 GRT, built in 2008, and sails under the Norwegian Flag.
The successful candidate will support engine room operations, ensure the safe and efficient performance of propulsion and auxiliary machinery, and carry out planned maintenance in accordance with company procedures and offshore safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Chief Engineer with engine room operations and maintenance
• Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, and DP-related machinery
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Maintain accurate engine room records and technical documentation
Requirements:
• Valid Officers in Charge of an Engineering Watch (OICEW) Certificate of Competency
• Valid DP Maintenance Certificate
• Valid HUET with CA-EBS certificate
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Minimum 18 months of actual sea service as 2nd Engineer onboard MPSV, OCV, or DSV offshore vessels
• Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
• Previous employer references
• Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Good English communication skills
