Location: KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

Job Description:

A shipping company is seeking a 2nd Engineer for a DSV DP2 vessel operating in KSA waters.
The vessel is engaged in offshore diving support and dynamic positioning operations.
Candidates with ARAMCO approval are preferable. This is a medium-term contract with competitive daily wages.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Supervision of main and auxiliary machinery operation and maintenance
 • Monitoring DP-related engineering systems
 • Maintaining engineering and DP logbooks
 • Ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and company standards
 • Supporting offshore diving and project operations

Requirements:

• Valid Second Engineer License
• DP Maintenance Certificate
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Minimum 24 months actual onboard experience on similar DP2 vessels in the rank of 2nd Engineer
• ARAMCO-approved candidates preferred
• Proficiency in English communication
• Marlins Test: minimum score 60% in all sections
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
