Description
Embark on a global maritime journey with OSM Thome as a Wiper aboard a container vessel. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the engine room, assisting in the maintenance and operation of machinery.
Assisting engineers with the maintenance and cleaning of engines and machinery.
Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the engine room and associated areas.
Following safety protocols and reporting any issues to supervisors.
Previous seafaring experience is an advantage but not required.
Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
Valid STCW certification and other mandatory maritime documents.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work well as a part of a team
