Requirements
Bachelor degree or master mariner with proven performance track record in a highly diverse cross functional background
Strong experience in drybulk shipping/tankers/container freight and logistics management
Good business/financial acumen with strong strategic abilities, leadership and communication skills
Deep knowledge of shipping and logistics business and wide network of contacts
Results-oriented and performance driven
Having prior P&L responsibility will be advantageous
