Job Description:
Odyssey Ship Management OPC is currently recruiting Deck Cadets and Engine Cadets to join its growing fleet. This opportunity is designed for aspiring officers who are ready to begin their professional maritime careers through onboard training and practical experience.
Successful candidates will work under the supervision of senior officers while developing their navigation or engineering skills in accordance with company procedures and international maritime standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist senior officers with daily deck or engine room operations.
Participate in onboard training programs and gain practical sea experience.
Support routine maintenance, inspections, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate training records and complete assigned tasks.
Comply with company policies, STCW regulations, and onboard safety procedures.
Requirements:
Updated DCOC (Deck Cadet Officer Course) or equivalent cadet documentation
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Willingness to learn and work onboard merchant vessels
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professional development
