Job Description
CSM Indonesia is currently recruiting experienced seafarers for immediate deployment onboard Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) vessels operating on international routes.
The company is seeking qualified officers, engineers, ratings, cadets, and catering personnel with proven VLCC experience to support safe navigation, cargo handling, engine operations, vessel maintenance, and onboard services while ensuring compliance with international maritime safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank onboard VLCC vessels
- Support safe crude oil cargo operations and navigation
- Conduct deck, engine, and accommodation maintenance
- Maintain vessel equipment and operational readiness
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures
- Work effectively within a multinational crew
Requirements
General Requirements
- Minimum 24 months of experience in the applied rank onboard VLCC vessels
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (where applicable)
- Valid passport
- Valid seaman's book
- Valid medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ready for immediate joining
