Job Description
DESE Crew Management is currently recruiting experienced Indonesian seafarers to join an international fleet of LPG Carriers.
The company is seeking qualified officers, engineers, deck ratings, engine ratings, and catering personnel to support safe LPG cargo operations, navigation, engineering maintenance, and onboard services while maintaining full compliance with international maritime and gas carrier safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous LPG Carrier experience who are ready for immediate deployment.

Deck Department
- Master – USD 10,000/month
- Chief Officer – USD 8,000/month
- Second Officer – USD 3,200/month
- Third Officer – USD 3,000/month
- Boatswain (Bosun) – USD 2,000/month
- Able Seaman (AB) – USD 1,500/month
- Ordinary Seaman (OS) – USD 1,200/month
Engine Department
- Chief Engineer – USD 9,750/month
- Second Engineer – USD 8,000/month
- Third Engineer – USD 3,200/month
- Fourth Engineer – USD 3,000/month
- Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) – USD 6,000/month
- Oiler – USD 1,500/month

Catering Department
- Cook – USD 2,200/month

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank onboard LPG Carriers
- Support safe cargo handling and vessel operations
- Conduct deck, engine, and accommodation maintenance
- Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Maintain operational readiness of vessel equipment and systems
- Work effectively within a multinational crew
Requirements
General Requirements
- Indonesian nationality
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Minimum 15 months validity remaining on all certificates and travel documents
- Minimum 2 contracts onboard the same vessel type (LPG Carrier)
- Good English communication skills
- Professional attitude and teamwork
- Valid passport
- Valid seaman's book
- Valid medical certificate
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
