ETO for Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Aaugustea is recruiting 1 Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) for a Chemical Tanker. The ETO will be responsible for the safe operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems onboard.

The vessel requires candidates with a FRAMO pumps background, including familiarity with the electrical and control aspects of cargo pumping systems.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining electrical power generation and distribution systems.
• Troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and automation equipment.
• Supporting maintenance of cargo pumping and control systems.
• Maintaining alarms, monitoring systems, motors, and associated electrical equipment.
• Carrying out planned and corrective electrical maintenance.

Requirements

• Valid ETO CoC / certification.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Relevant Chemical Tanker experience.
• FRAMO pumps background.
• Valid Seafarer's Book and passport.
• Proficiency in English communication.
