Job Description
Wilhelmsen Marine Personnel (Philippines) Inc. is hiring qualified Electro-Technical Officers to maintain electrical, electronic, and automation systems aboard Fully Refrigerated Gas Tanker / VLGC vessels.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and repair electrical and electronic equipment.
- Troubleshoot faults in generators, motors, switchboards, and control systems.
- Inspect automation and monitoring equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and maintain technical records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant Electro-Technical Officer qualifications and certificates.
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
- Relevant experience in the same rank and on the required vessel type.
- Valid seafarer’s documents and applicable gas tanker qualifications.
- Proficiency in English communication.
