salary based on experience - contract duration 4+-1 months - joining - during 2/3 weeks ( based on process of consideration) Acceptable crew:  TURKISH / EUROPEAN / GEORGIAN No more than 2 shifts of shipowners in the last 5 contracts  12 months in rank  Good English
