A client is looking for 3rd Engr and Electrical Engineer for their Oil Tanker, working in Persian Gulf regions. Vessel is Panamanian flagged, hence must be National COC or Panama recognized. Candidate's should have all valid relevant documents as per STCW '10 Passport and Seaman Book should be valid for more than 6mths
