OSM Thome is searching for a skilled 2nd Engineer (2/E) to join our bulkcarrier fleet operating worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee engine room operations and ensure the performance and efficiency of machinery.
Assist the Chief Engineer in maintaining and repairing all equipment.
Monitor and record fuel consumption and machinery performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
Valid 2nd Engineer license and certifications.
Previous experience on a bulkcarrier.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Proficient in diagnostic and technical problem-solving.
