Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will depend on the position and may include:

• Offshore Installation Manager (OIM): Oversee overall offshore installation operations, personnel, operational safety and regulatory compliance.
• Senior Toolpusher: Supervise drilling operations, coordinate rig crews and monitor operational performance and safety.
• Toolpusher: Coordinate day-to-day drilling activities, supervise assigned personnel and ensure compliance with drilling procedures.
• Driller: Operate and monitor drilling equipment, supervise drilling floor activities and maintain safe drilling operations.
• Barge Captain: Oversee marine operations, stability, ballast systems and the safe positioning of the offshore installation, as applicable.
• Chief Electrician: Supervise electrical maintenance, inspect electrical equipment, troubleshoot faults and ensure the reliability of electrical systems.

Requirements

• Relevant offshore oil and gas experience for the applied position.
• Previous offshore drilling or rig operations experience, where applicable.
• Relevant professional qualifications and certificates appropriate to the position.
• Valid offshore safety training and medical certification as required for the assignment.
• Valid travel documents and other employment documentation.
• Strong knowledge of applicable safety procedures and operational standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an offshore environment.
• Updated CV detailing relevant experience, qualifications and certifications.
