Job Description

We are inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for career opportunities in drilling operations. Candidates must meet the relevant educational, professional experience and certification requirements for their chosen position.

We are seeking dedicated personnel with strong technical competence and hands-on drilling experience to support safe and efficient drilling operations.

Open Positions

1. Derrickman – Drilling Operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum high school or vocational education, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Derrickman or 5 years of experience as a Floorman in drilling operations.
• Valid Drill Tower Operator (OMB) Certificate recognized by PPSDM Migas.
• Relevant practical knowledge of drilling operations and equipment.
• Ability to follow operational procedures and workplace safety requirements.

2. Driller – Drilling Operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience pathways:

Pathway A – High School / Vocational Education

• Minimum high school or vocational education, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in drilling operations, including a minimum of 3 years as a Driller.

Pathway B – Bachelor’s Degree

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in drilling operations, including a minimum of 1 year as a Drill Operator.

Additional Requirement:

• Valid Oil and Gas Drill Operator Certificate (JB III) issued or recognized by PPSDM Migas, as applicable.

3. Floorman BOR – Drilling Operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in drilling operations as a Drill Floor Operator.
• Valid PPSDM Migas Drill Floor Operator Certificate.
• Practical knowledge of drilling floor operations and equipment.
• Commitment to operational safety and established drilling procedures.

4. Toolpusher – Drilling Operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum high school or vocational education, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Toolpusher.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience in drilling operations.
• Valid Drill Control Expert Certificate (APB III) recognized by PPSDM Migas.
• Valid IADC Certificate.
• Strong drilling supervision, crew coordination and operational safety skills.

5. Rig Superintendent BOR – Drilling Operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum high school or vocational education, or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of experience in drilling operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller, Toolpusher Expert or Rig Superintendent.
• Valid Oil and Gas Drill Control Expert Certificate Level III (APB III) issued or recognized by PPSDM Migas.
• Strong supervisory, technical and operational management capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of drilling procedures, personnel coordination and safety standards.
