Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervising and supporting drilling and rig operations.
• Operating and monitoring drilling equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintaining and repairing rig machinery, electrical systems, and related equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and drilling safety standards.
• Supporting rig floor operations, equipment handling, and general maintenance.
• Carrying out welding, medical support, or safety duties according to the assigned position.
• Promoting safe working practices and effective teamwork across the rig.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in onshore or offshore drilling operations.
• Previous oil and gas or drilling rig experience appropriate to the applied position.
• Relevant technical qualifications, licences, and certificates for the role.
• Strong knowledge of operational procedures and workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding drilling environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Employment Details

• Senior Positions Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off.
• Junior Positions Rotation: 56 days on / 28 days off.
• Salary During Off Period: The same salary is paid during both on-duty and off-duty periods, according to the advertisement.
