Job Description
An experienced and motivated Assistant Barge Superintendent is required to join the LTB300 Project in India. The successful candidate will support the Barge Superintendent and project management team in the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and coordination of offshore barge activities.

Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Barge Superintendent with daily offshore barge operations and activities.
- Support coordination of marine, deck, maintenance, and project operations.
- Monitor vessel equipment, maintenance activities, and operational readiness.
- Assist with implementation of HSE procedures and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with onboard crew, project personnel, contractors, and shore-based management as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Barge Superintendent / Assistant Barge Superintendent or similar marine offshore role.
- Previous offshore barge experience.
- Good knowledge of marine and offshore operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Valid offshore / marine certificates as applicable to the position.
- Valid medical fitness certificate as required.
- Any nationality accepted.
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
