Overview:
Supports the project’s IT infrastructure by ensuring all systems, hardware, and networks are operating effectively and securely.
Main Duties:
Install, configure, and maintain computers and software.
Provide first-line technical support to users.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
Keep IT documentation and asset inventory updated.
What You’ll Need:
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
At least 2 years’ experience in a support or helpdesk role.
Familiar with LAN/WAN networks and basic troubleshooting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
