Overview:
Provides administrative and clerical support across site departments, helping maintain smooth documentation, coordination, and communication between teams.
Main Duties:
Handle correspondence, filing, and data entry.
Support HR, logistics, and project departments with daily tasks.
Track office supplies and maintain records.
Prepare reports and assist with scheduling.
What You’ll Need:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office role.
Good command of MS Office and organizational skills.
Clear communicator, detail-oriented.
