As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and high-quality service in assigned departments.
• Adhering to company safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Supporting daily shipboard operations under departmental supervision.
• Maintaining teamwork, discipline, and professional behavior at all times.
• Assisting in emergency and safety drills as per STCW and ISM Code.
• Valid STCW certificates and Seafarer Medical (ENG1 or equivalent).
• Previous cruise ship or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
• Relevant licenses or certifications per position.
• Contract Duration: 6–8 months (renewable)
• Salary: Competitive, based on rank and experience
