A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced yacht crew members for deployment onboard Motor Yachts and Sailing Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will support yacht navigation, engineering operations, luxury hospitality services, culinary operations, housekeeping management, and guest activities while maintaining the highest onboard service and safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for maritime and hospitality professionals with previous yacht experience and strong guest-oriented service skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe yacht navigation and daily vessel operations
- Maintain engine room systems and technical equipment
- Deliver exceptional luxury hospitality and guest services
- Maintain housekeeping and interior presentation standards
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Assist with deck operations, mooring, and guest activities
- Ensure professionalism, discretion, and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht or Sailing Yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package preferred
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent guest service and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in luxury yacht environments
