A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking experienced interior crew members for deployment onboard a 95m+ private yacht operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest hospitality, maintaining luxury interior standards, supporting housekeeping and service operations, and ensuring a first-class onboard guest experience.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with previous experience onboard large private yachts and strong luxury hospitality backgrounds.
Open Positions
- Interior Manager — €8,000+ per month (DOE), 2:2 rotation
- Lead Housekeeping — €5,000 per month, 3:1 rotation
- Lead Service — €5,000 per month, 3:1 rotation
- Service Stewardess — €3,500 per month, 3:1 rotation
- Housekeeping Stewardess — €3,500 per month, 3:1 rotation
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level guest hospitality and luxury service onboard
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping and interior presentation standards
- Coordinate housekeeping and service operations where applicable
- Support guest dining, events, and onboard activities
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and teamwork onboard
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience onboard 80m+ yachts required
- Strong luxury hospitality and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good English communication skills
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Excellent teamwork and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in luxury yacht environments
