Job Description:

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced yacht professionals to join Private & Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.

The available positions cover the Deck, Interior, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Wellness departments. Candidates with proven luxury yacht experience, excellent service standards, and a professional approach are encouraged to apply.

• Spa Therapist / Steward(ess)

• 3rd Steward(ess)

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Performing all duties related to the assigned yacht position professionally and efficiently. 
•  Supporting safe and smooth daily yacht operations. 
•  Providing a high standard of guest service and maintaining excellent presentation standards. 
•  Maintaining assigned areas, equipment, and facilities in accordance with yacht procedures. 
•  Following onboard safety, security, hygiene, and HSE requirements. 
•  Working effectively as part of an international yacht crew. 

Requirements:

•  Previous experience in the same or similar position on a motor yacht. 
•  Luxury yacht / private or charter yacht experience is preferred. 
•  Relevant professional qualifications and certificates for the position. 
•  Valid STCW certificates, where applicable. 
•  Valid medical fitness certificate. 
•  Valid passport and relevant seafarer/yacht documentation. 
•  Excellent English communication skills. 
•  Professional appearance and strong guest-service skills for interior positions. 
•  Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and high-standard yacht environment. 
•  Additional position-specific certifications may be required.
