Job Description
MYSAUST is currently recruiting qualified and experienced yacht crew members for upcoming opportunities aboard a Motor Yacht operating in Australia and French Polynesia.
The company is seeking professionals for engineering, deck and interior departments, as well as an experienced executive chef. Candidates with relevant motor yacht or private/charter yacht experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Chief Engineer: Manage engine-room operations, machinery maintenance and technical systems.
- Lead Deckhand: Supervise deck operations, coordinate deck crew and maintain exterior areas.
- Deckhand / Junior Deckhand: Assist with vessel maintenance, cleaning, tender operations and guest activities as assigned.
- Chief Steward(ess): Manage interior operations, supervise the service team and maintain guest service standards.
- Steward(ess) / 2nd Steward(ess): Provide guest service, housekeeping and interior maintenance.
- Executive / Head Chef: Plan menus, prepare meals and manage galley operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied position is preferred
- Motor yacht or private/charter yacht experience is an advantage
- Valid STCW certification appropriate to the position
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical certificate
- Valid passport and relevant travel documentation
- Good English communication skills
- Professional attitude, flexibility and strong teamwork abilities
- Additional role-specific qualifications and certificates as required
