Saltwater Recruitment is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for multiple positions aboard private and charter motor yachts operating worldwide.

Opportunities are available across the engineering, deck, interior management, guest service, housekeeping, wellness, and culinary departments.

We are seeking candidates with relevant yacht or luxury hospitality experience, strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to owners and guests.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the position applied for.
• Previous private or charter yacht experience preferred.
• Luxury hospitality, cruise ship, or high-end hotel experience may be considered for relevant interior and culinary positions.
• Valid professional maritime qualifications appropriate to the role.
• Valid STCW certificates and ENG1 medical certificate where required for yacht crew positions.
• Valid Certificate of Competency for licensed officer and engineering positions, as applicable.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and food-safety training for Cook / Crew Chef positions, where required.
• Appropriate professional qualifications for spa therapy or massage positions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance, discretion, attention to detail, and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to adapt to life onboard and work effectively within an international crew.
• Availability for worldwide yacht assignments.
