A 45-meter luxury yacht is currently seeking experienced and professional crew members to join its onboard team.
Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe vessel operations, guest services, deck maintenance, culinary services, and overall onboard excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hospitality, and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities
Yacht Master
- Ensure safe navigation and overall vessel management
- Supervise crew and daily yacht operations
- Maintain compliance with maritime regulations and safety procedures
- Coordinate voyage planning and guest activities
Deckhand
- Perform deck maintenance and cleaning duties
- Assist with mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
- Maintain deck equipment and safety gear
- Support guest activities and water sports operations
Cook
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Manage galley operations and food inventories
- Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards
- Accommodate dietary requirements and guest preferences
Hostess / Steward(ess)
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Maintain guest cabins and interior spaces
- Assist with meal service and housekeeping duties
- Ensure high presentation standards throughout the yacht
Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied position onboard yachts preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport and seafarer documentation
- Yacht-related certifications relevant to the position
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural crew environment
- Physically fit and available for deployment
